25th company anniversary at Müller + Müller

Mr Kriegel joined the company on 03.02.1997 as a machining technician and is currently working in toolmaking. His main area of responsibility is the manufacture, maintenance and repair of tools for the pharmaceutical industry.

The management and the works council of Müller + Müller as well as the head of the technical department presented Mr. Kriegel with a certificate of honour for his 25 years of service and thanked him for his loyalty to the company, his exemplary commitment and his great work over the past decades. We are very much looking forward to our continued cooperation. 🤗👏

Donation for Johanniter day-care centre "Chamäleon"

We made a donation towards a new tepee (children's tent) for "Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. Regionalverband Südniedersachsen". 👧🧒

We are very pleased that the children of the Johanniter day-care centre "Chamäleon" in Holzminden were able to have a new place to relax and play and hope they have a lot of fun with the new "Indian tent". 😊

The head of the day care centre, Lana-Mia Haase, met with our employee Tobias Radler to hand over the donation, which also included a short tour of the production hall.

Construction of our new production hall 4 has started this week. 👷🚜☺️

Who is part of the company?

Today we would like to introduce you to our managing director Florian Müller-Stauch. He has been with the company, which was founded by his great-grandfather Albin Müller and Hermann Müller, since 2015. Florian Müller-Stauch studied business administration in Munich and Göttingen and has already written his master's thesis in his parents' company on the topic of "Internationalisation of Müller+Müller".
 
After gaining experience in management together with his father for several years, he has now been pulling the strings on his own for a year: "Thanks to my dedicated team here at Müller+Müller, we can implement many projects. At the moment, we are focusing on expanding the site with another state-of-the-art production hall. As a native of Holzminden, I am happy to contribute to actively shaping the region here."

Ms Schäfer was employed in our administration from 30 November 2020 to 31 October 2021 as an intern as part of her training as a businesswoman for office management at the Deutsche Angestellten Akademie.

Construction work has begun

As a first step of the planned factory expansion, the reconstruction of the parking lot on the street "Weseraue" was started last week. In future, this area will serve as a new car park for the production staff.

Subsequently, the actual earthworks and foundation work for the new production hall will begin in mid-November.

We will continue to provide information here on the progress of the conversion measures and are very pleased that the construction work has now started.

From all over the world to Holzminden

This year Müller+Müller is hosting the Annual Meeting of DWK Life Sciences.

We will be welcoming colleagues from the USA, Mexico, England and our German sites and will be presenting our plant in Holzminden. Of course, the social and cultural aspect must not be forgotten and great contacts are made between the employees during workshops or the evening activities.

We are looking forward to more exciting days!

Plant expansion at Müller + Müller - machine experts wanted

In the context of the plant expansion at Müller + Müller in Holzminden, at least 35 additional permanent jobs will be created in the production area.

The investment of around 15 million Euros includes up to 14 state-of-the-art production lines including the necessary clean rooms in a newly built production hall. For the company, this means new and long-term jobs, for which both machine operators and machine setters are being recruited. 40th anniversary of service at Müller + Müller!

Our management, works council and human resources department as well as the packaging department management presented Ms Petra Hein with a certificate of honour on 02.09.2021 for 40 years of employment and thanked her for her loyalty to the company and commitment over the past four decades. Mrs Hein has been working for Müller+Müller in the packaging/silicone department since 10.08.1981. We look forward to continuing our good cooperation and wish Mrs Hein all the best in her private and professional life.
